TYRANT (defined):
Anyone who rules without law or looks to his own advantage rather than that of his constituents, and may use extreme, cruel, oppressive or immoral tactics against their own people as well as others or, one who places their own interests or a minority group over the best interests or desires of the general population which the tyrant governs.
